Hello everyone! I am back with another Kpop inspired makeup look.

I got many warm responses from my previous look, read here, so thank you to everyone who read/enjoyed that post!

Today, I will be doing a recreation of Krystal Jung's makeup from F(x)'s group concept photo for their single "4 WALLS."

Krystal Jung is a member of the Kpop group F(x) — known for her singing and looks — and is also a pretty popular actress.

She is a literal photoshoot queen for being featured on soo many magazines, not only in South Korea but worldwide. If you follow my Pinterest, my Photography // Pictorial + Magazines board to be exact, then you have probably seen a bunch of her photos.

I really enjoyed this makeup because the brown smokey eye is unique due to the fact that it adds a lot dimension to the eyes. So, if your eyes are not your stand out feature, then I highly recommend this makeup.

I tried to do the poses Krystal did in the concept photos, but it did not work out, lol. But I tried my best.

I noticed some of the photos are hard to see, so here and here are the closeups.

For the base, I wanted to keep it simple because the eyes were the main focus of the look.

For starters, I applied Rimmel Stay Matte Primer* to my face. Then, I mixed the UD Naked Foundation with the Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisturizer*. I have not done that combination in a while, but since both products are compatible, the finish came out nicely. I finished off with a light dusting of my Maybelline Shine-Free Powder*.

I first applied the NYX HD Eyeshadow Base* to my eyes because I found that my concealer and powder combo was not doing the trick anymore.

I then used my trusty MAC 217 brush to blend Colourpop "Deux" all over the lid and as close to the bottom lashline as possible. Next, I used Colourpop "Quatre," on a flat eyeliner brush, on the outer-v and inner-v of my eye. It is essential to blend those two corners to create the smoky look, however, we want to keep the center clear in order to create that dimension." Also, do not go above the crease.

I also went in with "Heaven" from my Too Faced Natural Matte Eyeshadow Palette to lighten the center of my lid to lighten the area. I also used "Nudie" as a crease blending color just diffuse any edges.

For eyeliner, I used the Maybelline Master Precise Skinny in "Defining Black 210." I used this eyeliner to roughly line my upper lashline and upper waterline.

Then, I went in with NARS Dual-Intensity Eyeshadow in "Sycorax." I used it to blend out the eyeliner and create that rounded eyeliner look.

I finished off by curling my lashes and applying The Rocket Mascara* by Maybelline.

Face and Lips

For cheeks and lips, I used the RMS Lip2Cheek in "Vouge Rose." I applied both very lightly because I did not want it to be very noticeable, but rather, it adds to the look.

I did do some very light contouring with my Rimmer Bronzer* in "Sun Bronze." Just to give my face some dimension.

Overall, I think the makeup came out very nicely. If I could change anything it would definitely be to use a gel eyeliner as I have a lot more control with application and blending.

If you liked the photos, I have a few more that I will be releasing on my Instagram throughout the coming week. So look out for those.

Other than that, I hope you enjoyed this post. If you liked it please let me know in the comments below. Also, I would love to know what looks you would like me to recreate next.

Please give lots of love to Krystal (@vousmevoyez) and F(x) (@fx_4walls) in the future!

Happy Wednesday!
